MvinMxtion Return & Refund Policy

All MvinMxtion products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at MvinMxtion@gmail.com.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a replacement or refund.

Refunds, when approved, will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
